Get your Java applications into Docker and move them to the cloud with OpenShift 3

OpenShift 3 is the latest version of Red Hat’s hybrid polyglot PaaS. Developed in just 2 years and released 1 year ago, it’s based on Docker container technology and the Kubernetes container orchestrator (developed by Google) and aims to facilitate your path to DevOps.

Taking advantage of container technology, you will see how to deploy your Java EE applications (on your favorite application server, but not only) in just a few seconds during development, and then how to promote them all the way to production.

We will also take the opportunity to give an overview of development techniques on PaaS, the new paradigms around microservices, and the cloud in general.
